I've switched from Vista to Windows 7 for my main system, and noticed the Windows Sidebar is no longer available due to security concerns. I'm currently using GPU, CPU, network monitors, and some monitoring tools like EVGA Precision and Nvidia system monitor. I've checked out Rainmaker but am curious about other popular options.

The sidebar isn't present, yet the same widgets remain available.

I've worked with both OpenHardwareMonitors and HWiNFOs. The latter can be tricky to set up, but it looks impressive.
