I didn't find anything in the forum, but it might be available elsewhere. Is there a similar program for Windows 8.1 that shows FPS on the screen? The tools I used for Windows 7 don’t appear to function there.

MSI after installation of Burner now displays FPS, and Shadow Play also shows FPS now.

Verify your configurations in Fraps and ensure the "Hide overlay" option isn't selected in the FPS section. It functions correctly in version 8.1. The same applies to Afterburner.
