I am using an MSI Optix MAG271C and i am having an issue, which i assume is screen burning, that only affects my monitor on 144 Hz and nothing else. This monitor does support 144 Hz, how ever i did buy in 2019 so it could also be wear. I will attach a photo of the monitor with the issue. If anyone can help that would be appreciated. However, when the monitor is set to 144 Hz it does sort itself out after 20 mins and there is a kind of wave pattern at the top of the bugged screen part (Where it kind of shows and unshows parts of the display).

Looking for clarification on the display settings. The lower portion of the screen appears consistently gray, and there are concerns about taking screenshots while in this mode.
