You can't achieve this using software since you need physical devices such as monitors, power switches, etc. Just purchase a wattage meter on eBay—it’s affordable, but it’s the only method for accurately tracking your total power usage.

You'll need a power supply with a USB port. It seems only certain Corsair models offer this feature. Because the PSU connects straight to the storage devices, the motherboard can't determine total consumption on its own.
