You're experiencing significant motion artifacts on your HP 4k monitor, especially in bright scenes. You've tried various connections (DP and HDMI), updated drivers, and used different synchronization methods like GSync, VSync, DDU, and the newest driver. The issue appears as a line that shifts unpredictably across the screen during movement.

The display isn't truly 4K, but it performs well at 1080p and 1440p resolutions.

I resolved the issue, ensuring hardware acceleration was disabled across all browsers, Discord, and Windows.
