TPM, secure boot and XMP are frequently losing functionality when the system is powered down.
i'm at my girlfriend's place, she has a gaming pc with the following specs: asrock b450 k4 p4.80, r5 3600, 2x8gb 3200mhz gskill cl16 memory, gtx 1660. her parents asked her to turn off the power strip to save energy, but she doesn't know how to disable the psu switch or power strip. when she turns off the pc through windows, it waits until it's completely off, then she turns off the power strip. this causes her tpm, secure boot, and xmp features to be disabled. during the first boot after the power strip is turned on, her pc performs a memory check and boots three times. i've already tried clearing the cmos battery, maybe a bios update or reinstall would help. if anyone has suggestions, please let me know.
Are you checking if the CMOS battery was cleared and replaced with a new one?
