I believe the Asus Pro B550M-C/CSM stands out as the sole AM4 board with a built-in TPM2 chip, though most AM4 models support the TPM module found in Ryzen processors, and nearly all boards feature a TPM header enabling optional hardware extensions for additional functionality.

It's not needed; you can turn on FTPM in the BIOS, @Bret1.
