You own a Z590 A Pro but lack TPM 2.0 support. You’ll have to check the BIOS settings under the security menu and turn it on there. If you don’t see any security options, your BIOS version might be from around March 2021.

The security section was located somewhere else initially, but once enabled, it functioned correctly via TPM.msc.
