Sure, you can connect the device via an Ethernet cable. It should work as a network card, and you can use it as an access point if configured properly. Just make sure it's set up correctly with your router.

It functions correctly, I connected my TV Box using a comparable access point, and then my TV and 4K player through the Box were also linked to the internet.
