Is there a label on the modem containing login details and credentials? Some internet service providers include this if you received the device from them.

I’m not sure about your router’s layout, but this manual could be useful. Just follow step 3—change the channel to something like 36 (for 5 GHz) such as 32, 33, 34, or 35. If it doesn’t match what you see, share a screenshot of the page.
