Is there a label on the modem containing login details and credentials? Some internet service providers include this if you received the device from them.
You found the site and logged in. Now you should see your dashboard or main page where you can manage your account, view your profile, and access other features.
I’m not sure about your router’s layout, but this manual could be useful. Just follow step 3—change the channel to something like 36 (for 5 GHz) such as 32, 33, 34, or 35. If it doesn’t match what you see, share a screenshot of the page.
