TP-LINK Archer C6 supports up to 100Mbps via Ethernet connection.
Upgraded my router to Tp-Link Archer C6 with 1Gbps ports, but file transfers still lag at 100Mbps. The router’s management page shows 100Mbps ports, yet performance remains slow. All cables are Cat 5e and both the PC and NAS have 1Gbps ports, so I’m unsure what’s causing the issue.
It seems unusual, haven't you double-checked the cables to ensure every single wire is present? I noticed a cable labeled Cat5e that appears to have only four connections, which would restrict its speed to 100Mbit.
They all seem to have eight wires. It appears to be a SW problem, though I checked all areas and didn't find anything.
