Adjust settings in utorrent via preferences > transfer cap. Turn it on and set 4GB daily. Use Windows scheduler for automatic wake-up and sleep actions. Same applies for nightly shutdown when idle.

Already familiar with the UTorrent transfer limit. However, will it resume downloads once you wake up from sleep?

Sleep doesn't shut down active sessions, meaning if utorrent continues running quietly in the background, it won't halt
