It's Windows 7. With DX12 and driver support from Nvidia and AMD, I'd still prefer to stay on it.

Despite the many flaws 11 has, there’s still a lot to improve. Generally newer systems offer better performance, but that doesn’t change the fact that there are still issues to fix. My main concern is the lack of an option to remove items from the taskbar grouping. I’ll need to install a program for this, though I hope it’s already available. Both XP and 7 were solid at their time, far surpassing what 11 offers now. Vista was the one that took a huge hit, marking a significant upgrade, even if it had its flaws. It certainly earned the criticism it received.
