Here are some key moments that happened:

1) A site or download possibly bypassed my antivirus, leaving me with no operating system.
2) Windows was reinstalled, I restarted to complete installations (including AMD Radeon Software), but received an error saying "An operating system wasn't found."
3) I attempted another reinstall, yet my USB isn’t being read and I can’t start it.
4) I formatted both HDD and SSD drives.
5) I’m concerned the virus might have infected my USB stick as well, so I want to confirm if it’s missing the Windows installer.

I’m really struggling and need assistance. This is where I’m at.

If you have both the HDD and SSD infected, discard them immediately. Obtain a fresh USB drive as some viruses can remain hidden in USB storage until installed on a computer.

It seems these appear to resemble bios configurations rather than actual malware. Most modern viruses require a functional operating system. Destroying the OS was long gone. Corrupted boot is possible, but without a bootable device it's unlikely.

Just a good suggestion. As a safety measure, I’d still perform a verification once you restore your system, which is all about prevention and extra care...
