Hello! Plusnet operates on Openreach gear. You can use any router that has a built-in VDSL2 modem and supports VLAN tagging, or a separate modem with its own router. I suggest Ubiquiti's Amplifi HD since I really like it, though some users have had mixed experiences. (Check my profile for a review) Feel free to message me or reply to my post—I can assist in finding a setup that works. I'm with BT, but since it's Openreach it shouldn't matter.
