Hi, I understand you're dealing with a situation where your landlord has added plus net WiFi with a claimed speed of 72mbps, but actual performance varies. You're considering upgrading the router to improve reliability, especially since budget is not an issue. Appreciate your support!

The walls are constructed from a specific material, the dimensions of the house are notable, and the router is placed in a particular area of the apartment. All these details are important.

The router is located upstairs, centered in the main part of the house—it's the only spot it could be. The walls are made of brick in a fairly small home in London.

It doesn't provide the dimensions you're looking for.

Bricks and concrete strongly obstruct WiFi signals. In a large home, using two routers might be necessary for consistent coverage.

Understood. I meant just one router for a basic home setup to prevent issues with DHCP and NAT. Any additional wireless routers need to switch to access point mode or have a separate dedicated access point.
