I'm looking for the top media player for Windows 7. VLC is popular, but I have CyberLink Power DVD Ultra which offers many features like CUDA, 3D support, Dolby Digital H.264, Blu-ray or alternatives. Compared to Windows Media Player, it seems more capable. Your PC is powerful with a GTX 950, 8GB RAM, an i5-4690 core, and an SSD—so the Power DVD version should work well. The price for the Power DVD version was high, and it came with a non-free version on the system.

It seems you're asking about the CyberLink PowerDVD Deluxe Edition. It's a software used to play and manage DVDs, especially those with advanced features like encryption and special formats.

VLC is definitely the preferred choice.

PowerDVD works best for playing BD discs on a PC. Otherwise, it doesn’t do much.
