Yup agreed. Anything over 75c is getting dangerous, and it seems the cooler might not be performing well because I have a power-hungry i7 that doesn’t reach those temperatures at 4.5GHz.
You don’t actually see your voltage in any of those pictures. VID is the CPU’s request, not the board's actual supply (vCore). The difference is compensated with LLC offsets to avoid vDroop and subsequent BSODs caused by insufficient voltage.
And yeah, you’re referring to the OC mode now (the big circle button in the top left corner in BIOS). You do have a minor temperature problem, so either manually lower it a bit below 4.5 or switch to a different cooler. Check your CPU usage in-game to confirm if an OC is really necessary.
Sorry about the incorrect screenshots. I can verify that MSI OC mode is setting my CPU voltage to 1.3 V at 4.5 GHz. That seems too high; 1.25 V would likely achieve around 4.8 GHz according to other users. Would adding another fan to the 212 cooler help? Or should I consider switching to a more affordable liquid cooler? Any recommendations?

Just because someone else reached 4.8GHz with a lower voltage doesn’t guarantee the same result with my setup.
Hi,
After testing, I achieved 4.7 Ghz at 1.192V with Mode 4 of LCC. The ring ratio was 4.2. The highest temperature recorded in RealBench after 2 hours was 77°C. Am I ready to proceed? Also, my mouse showed significant lag during the real bench test. Should this be related to full CPU usage or is there another issue? It's very slow and hard to stop the test.
It might crash after 4 hours or after 24 hours during stress tests. Or it could crash under different CPU usage (such as running games). Try playing games, using apps, and watching videos just to test the system. After a few weeks without crashes, you might assume the OC is stable.

Could be due to full GPU utilization.

Should I be concerned about the severe mouse lag while running cineBench? Is it due to the GPU being fully used?
Don't worry. Mouse lag is typical for certain stress tests.
If the system doesn't crash during tests and functions normally (games, apps), and CPU temperature stays below 80°C, everything is fine.
