They are identical chips and, in principle, should offer comparable gaming performance to the R5 3600X. However, if you're heavily multitasking during gameplay, the CPU might reach its limits, which could affect performance.

I got a fresh 2060 Super first, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Instead of swapping the whole system, I went for a new GPU.

Thanks for the reply. I'll save it for a while then the FPS is amazing compared to my old GPU 2060 Super and I really love the 2080 Ti.
