Really, you don’t need to invest so much in RAM. If I were you, I’d probably go for a Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro instead.

Disagree with the idea of “best” in computer hardware discussions. It often doesn’t fit the situation. I’m using “best” to mean speediest. Intel doesn’t gain much from high-speed memory like AMD does. Of course you can invest that much, but why? I’ll support @sponsoredbyglasswire on this topic even though I have no knowledge of the RAM they mention. One of the few advantages of an Intel system is saving on memory costs because it really isn’t much use.
