Some developers are creating an Xbox 360 emulator, though it only supports two titles and seems functional overall.

The RPCS3 isn't up to the standards of an "Alpha" version, so don't anticipate a strong emulator soon. The safest choice is to purchase a used X360 or PS3 and buy the game immediately if you wish to play now. Otherwise, consider waiting at least two to three years, or longer if needed.

You claimed no PS3 emulator exists, only that one is in development. Then you mentioned it was being developed.

He inquired about the availability of emulators, and I mentioned that there aren't any currently, though a few are in the process of development.
