Impressive though, but 3700x or 3800x (for memory overclocking up to 3800MHz) can easily meet your needs without needing more cores. I'm not saying you can't get those, but the 12-core and 16-core models won't offer much value given your workload. Regarding the board, start with the Asus X570 TUF or Gigabyte Aorus Elite, and upgrade if you really need better features.
