I own the MSI b550m mortar (non-wifi version) and it functions perfectly for me. It costs around 140 dollars in the US. I suggest it but others might prefer different options.

I modified the list significantly. The Ryzen 5 3600 is currently priced at $250, which seems quite expensive. Avoid that purchase. Consider the i5 11400F or i5 11400 instead. The B560 Pro4 or B560 are solid choices. Also, include an SSD for better performance. PCPartPicker provides the full list.
