Hello everyone I've been trying to figure out my problem for weeks without finding a solid solution. Recently I upgraded my graphics card from 3900x/3060ti to 5900x/3090ti. My MSE mpg x570 gaming plus motherboard doesn't seem to support any PBO settings, even with a CO of -15 to 5. I've adjusted PPT, TDC, and EDC but it still crashes during Cinebench tests, even at high VRM levels. When I reset everything to defaults it works fine, but I'm hoping for better performance without breaking my budget. What's the best GPU that can handle decent overclocking without affecting stability?

Gaming Plus appears on tiers A and D for hitting a 5950x, but I'm unsure about Asrock's reliability. Consider checking reviews or official sources before deciding.

I’m leaning toward the Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero. It looks like a solid build for what I need and it won’t cost me a fortune (just $330).
