Without a budget, the top build could still be strong. The streamer Clix has around 1000 frames for Fortnite, but he doesn’t use a 1000hz monitor. That’s still impressive. For a setup with about 5 CPUs and two RTX 3090s, the newest Thredripper chips would likely perform well. You’d probably see around 5 to 6 frames per second, depending on settings.
You'd probably prefer an i91900k with plenty of RAM and a powerful multi-chip setup. That's not worth the hassle—go for a 3090 instead. A single-threaded processor is fine, but SLI won't boost performance much beyond its limits. This is just a theory; you'd need top-tier components to hit 1000fps.
