It relies on the chip's condition. Usually, a voltage range of 1.35 to 1.45 volts is safe.

I rely on several elements such as silicon quality, temperature control and motherboard specifications. With improved cooling you can achieve higher clock speeds at reduced voltage. I've seen users reaching 5.2-5.3ghz with custom water cooling. A large air cooler or an AIO would likely cap performance around 5.0-5.1ghz. I think 1.45V is more suited for AMD and not ideal for Intel (my knowledge on AMD overclocking is limited). For long-term stable performance, I wouldn't exceed 1.35V.

EKW 360 basic with a full AIO and four extra Bequiet fans. The unit is installed on top. Three exhausts at the top, one rear exhaust, and three front intakes. Complete mesh front panel. I believe the thermal management will work well.

The optimal overclock varies for each CPU and GPU. You need to adjust your settings specifically for your processor. Here’s how I approach it with Intel CPUs: - Adjust the voltage to the safest level (modern Intel supports up to 1.45V)
- Raise all-core frequency by 100MHz increments, then perform a stress test
- If the system runs smoothly, keep increasing frequency by another 100MHz and repeat until crashes occur
- Once crashes appear, lower the frequency again in 0.0125V steps and run more tests
- When stable again, gradually reduce voltage in small steps and continue testing
- Keep monitoring temperatures throughout the process
In short: identify your highest stable frequency and lowest safe voltage, then aim for the lowest stable voltage while keeping frequency at that point. This usually gives you the best results.

yeah but let's say out of 100 people 80 get the same result... So basically the result the other 20 people doesn't matter that much so like the coreclock that the 80 people got would be kind of like a standard.
