I have an ASUS Strix B450-F board with a Ryzen 5 2600 processor. I just added a Noctua DH-15 cooler and installed two additional fans, opting for the Black Edition version. I'm trying to boost performance because I don’t have a stock cooler and my current base clock is at its limit. I have Trident Z 16 GB (8x2) RAM at 3000MHz. Could you help me figure out how to safely overclock it? I’m a bit tired, so please ask the right questions I might have missed.

It relies heavily on your CPU and several other variables. Overclocking involves a lot of testing and guesswork, which we can't fully address. Check out some videos for guidance.

Adjust the voltage to 1.4V and the clock to 4.1GHz. If it remains steady, reduce the voltage further until it isn't.

Consider adjusting your overclock using Ryzen Master. Set the voltage to 1.375V and frequency to 40.5x. Execute a 5-minute realbench stress test. If successful, increase the clock by 25MHz and continue testing for about an hour. When it fails, reduce the frequency until stability returns, aiming for at least 60 minutes of consistent performance.
