I wouldn't have upgraded, but with what you already own, most Z boards (Z690 and Z790) should have at least three M.2 slots, though they usually provide four. Many B760 boards also include three, such as the Asus B760-Plus TUF, whereas cheaper options like Gigabyte's B760 DS3H often have only two.
