3600, no issue. An acceptable B450 motherboard should be under $150 (USD or AUD).

3600 confirmed. A faster RAM would definitely assist with the video editing.

I'd choose 3600 since it offers a bit more stability for production and matches the gaming experience well. 3500X is unnecessary; it doesn't justify sacrificing multi-threading for such a small gain.

I expect around 10400 with similar results, but you'll also receive an IGPU which is quite useful. Additionally, regarding video editing tools, some utilize CPU-based GPUs for significant speed gains, while others can leverage dedicated GPUs as well.
