Since these clips are made up and widely recognized as such, unless you truly require Intel for some mysterious purpose, hold off on purchasing a Zen 3 or opt for a Zen 2. Intel doesn’t actually provide greater speed; it tends to heat up more, consumes roughly double the energy, and offers no future upgrade options.

Your 4790k is running Windows updates that are interfering with your MB drivers.

I suggest considering a few alternatives to improve clarity and flow.

Based on your budget, you can choose a 3700X B550 Pro4 or B550 TuF paired with 16GB dual-channel 3200MHz C15 RAM.

you're looking for advice: 1. an aftermarket cooler since the built-in one isn't enough 2. limited upgrade options 3. you may need a new motherboard every couple of years if you want to keep upgrading—recommend AMD because it offers better performance, more cores and threads, and more affordable choices. what is your budget in the local currency? also, tell me what specific tasks this computer will be used for?

You're ready if you don't want the 4700X. The 3700X lags just 3-4% behind the 10700K, operates cooler, consumes less power, and costs significantly less.

I own a Noctua nh-d15. Thought it wouldn't be right. In this country, a 9700k costs $500, which fits my budget since I just need to upgrade my memory and RAM. It's suitable for casual use—playing PUBG, Arma 3, watching movies in 4K, coding. I'm aware it might be too expensive for such a build, but I'm determined. This is who I am, and what I want to achieve. You never know when you'll suddenly want to try something more exciting with your PC. With this setup, I can be confident running games smoothly even after upgrading the GPU. Maybe.

He mentioned he’ll switch to a newer processor. He’s running Intel and his motherboard only supports CPUs from the 4th and 5th generation, which means he’d need a different motherboard if he wants to use a modern Intel CPU.
