There are numerous CPU options available, and I'm unsure which one fits your setup best for gaming. Would upgrading be beneficial? You currently have a 9th gen i7-9700K.

As long as it cools down properly, no upgrade is necessary. A 9700K should easily handle a 2080Ti.

No changes needed, it runs perfectly on a 2080 Ti processor

There are titles that perform well yet face challenges; it's okay if it doesn't improve much right now. Keep it for another 1-2 years.

A fresh product on the market isn’t a good excuse to upgrade, since you’re spending money on something you probably don’t need. If your PC can’t handle what you want to do, focus on that instead. With an RTX 2080 Ti and an i7-9700K, you can run many games at 4K 60 frames per second. Most people won’t notice the difference at higher frame rates, and with the right viewing distance, you shouldn’t even see any pixels. Consider this: What’s truly important to you? Is it possible on your current setup? Only upgrade if the answer is no.

No, it doesn't justify the upgrade.
