What's happening? The increase in your internet bill is unexpected. Honestly, it surprises me that ISPs still rely on their DNS services. Of course, non-tech folks might be confused, but with providers like Google, Comodo, OpenDNS, Quad9, and Cloudflare, there’s no need to stick with the one your ISP gives you.

This seems confusing. It's unclear why something is free or if it was created by the US government. There are concerns about privacy and security, but the details here are unclear. Downloading movies with a specific service doesn't necessarily mean it's safe or legal.
