I've been searching for ways to enhance the 12th generation socket on my setup. From online sources and gaming reviews, it's evident that understanding the torque settings for replacement CPU sockets is crucial. I'm planning to spend on a reliable digital torque tool kit suited for PC builds that require both accuracy and care. Which kits do you suggest?

For accuracy and finesse, a beam torque wrench is unmatched. Many digital or twist-style tools begin at over 0 inch pounds or NM. When I use mine, I pick up the 1/4 inch drive inch lb torque wrench and an adapter to switch from a 1/4 inch drive to a standard 1/8 inch bit for Torx.

You're getting overwhelmed by online noise. A basic screwdriver should do the job.

Consider getting an IFixit kit or a basic screwdriver set. It seems you're getting caught in a marketing trap—what you really need is something simple and reliable. I’ve used a screwdriver set for my 8th birthday, and it’s served me well. Nothing fancy, just solid quality.
