I aim to boost my i5-3570k’s performance in a Fractal Design R3 case without changing the case. The current setup uses a stock cooler and lacks overclocking options. The case accommodates 120mm or 140mm fans but has a 165mm clearance limit for the CPU cooler. I require either an air cooler under 165mm depth or a liquid cooler with a single-fan radiator (140mm or 120mm). My goal is top cooling efficiency and quiet operation, and cost isn’t a concern. What options should I consider?

Thermalright offers impressive coolers that are frequently underappreciated. They tend to be more affordable than Noctua yet sometimes deliver better performance.
