I never imagined it would be so problematic to own more than one game at once. Isn’t it typical for people to keep multiple games running on their PCs? Things like MMOs and card games are common enough. I assumed it was more widespread than it actually is—I’m sorry for the mistake.

While playing Final Fantasy and Path of Exile, I maintain around 67ºC in Path of Exile and Lost Ark, but my PC frequently slows down or crashes even after closing one game. It seems a cache issue is causing the performance problems.

I don't think so, but these are actually very light games. I assumed you meant triple games or something similar. You might want to lower the CPU voltage since it's drawing more power than necessary (factory settings). Also, consider a slight overclock. See how your CPU and RAM usage looks in Task Manager.
