Hey everyone, I'm reaching out with a question about the best MSI motherboard for overclocking this CPU. I have solid cooling already, and I've seen great results with the Krait 970 (see the video link). I'm also considering using two 380 M.S.I. coolers since I really like MSI products.

Probably not.
Zen isn't scheduled for release until October 2016, which is nearly a year away, and when it arrives the CPU and motherboard are likely to be quite costly. I’d personally opt for something solid like the 8350e in the meantime and begin saving for Zen once it’s available. The FX 8350e will remain useful for several years, offering ample time to save up while still enjoying current games.
