Yes, keeping in mind it has one ccx, delays are still an issue but they eventually reach a level that works fine.

I'm fully clear on the point of diminishing returns here. However, Intel allows you to run at around 4000Mhz memory smoothly without significant latency issues, while AMD typically caps at about 3600Mhz. Going beyond that with AMD would hurt performance because of the Infinity Fabric limitations.
