I know StarCraft best, though it's been surpassed by games like LoL and Dota 2. Both boast strong teams, but it's always entertaining to watch Korean-American SC 1v1 matches and the occasional live stream. From what I've seen, the tactics needed for 1v1, 2v2, and 4v4 are some of the toughest in competitive play. Particularly now that all-or-nothing tournaments are becoming more common. Competitive players earn a good income, and some use it to fund their higher education—mostly among American players.
