But the top performance still belongs to the Hyper 212 Evo, so if you're looking to save money and still want a decent overclock, go with that option. Other options such as Corsair h100i are pricier but don't offer better cooling than a decent air cooler for the same cost. With AIO water coolers, you're paying extra for appearance and water flow. In my view, a Cooler Master hyper 212 Evo is the best choice.
