Hey! Since you've had shoulder surgeries, it's great that you're looking for fun mouse-based activities. There are several games designed for one-handed play or using just your mouse. You might enjoy puzzle games, rhythm apps, or interactive storytelling experiences. Let me know if you'd like some recommendations!

Agar needs a keyboard to split your bubble. If not, use slither.io instead.

There are numerous games available with an MMO mouse. They typically feature over ten thumb buttons, allowing for smooth navigation and standard actions. I've observed this in World of Tanks. World of Warships is another likely straightforward choice. MOBAs are also worth mentioning.

Play strategy games such as Civ 5 and 6 with Warthunder planes using around six side buttons. Rare keyboard input is enough for gear changes. The game often retracts landing gear automatically, making it simple to land without it—this is usually a benefit. Warthunder planes rely on mouse aiming; you should set roll and yaw mappings for the mouse buttons. Most of the rolling should be handled by the mouse, though yaw can add excitement during intense maneuvers and act as an airbrake.

You might enjoy adapting classic RPG titles for modern platforms through projects like Beamdog's Baldur's Gate series, Icewind Dale, and Planescape Torment.

I recommend Puzzle Quest 1. You enjoyed playing it a lot. If not, try the Heroes of Might and Magic series, Civilization, Total War, or classic RPGs such as Sacred 1 and Titan Quest.

Obtain a mouse equipped with macros such as g602 and g900, then set them up to control all necessary keys. Adapting may take some time, but it's definitely achievable.
