I understand. Elementary has its own problems too... I've experienced many Pantheon issues, like installed apps not appearing in the menu, etc.

Cinnamon seemed dated and reminiscent of the 1990s, which didn’t suit my Unity project on Ubuntu. The interface was cluttered with too many colors and heavy themes, making it feel bulky compared to lighter alternatives. KDE didn’t match the aesthetic when using similar themes, and its larger size used more memory.

Did you configure GTK2 and GTK3 with the Breeze theme? A few distributions include it by default, while others don't.
