For handling FLACs, I rely on the native converter in Foobar 2000, which appears to function effectively with various quality settings. I’m not very familiar with video format conversions, so it might be harder to locate suitable tools.

I only use Audacity for all audio editing, conversion, and other tasks. It’s user-friendly, performs well, and is completely free. Plus, it can transform FLAC files into any format you need.

For Audio I rely on WavePad Sound Editor (it works quickly, handles various formats, you can modify the sound, and you can insert videos which remove the audio), while for Video I use Adobe Premiere Pro (it has some limitations, for example a video with 256kbps audio isn't accepted). I also use ImTOO Video Convertor.

Use Handbrake for video and Foobar2k for audio. Audacity works well but isn't ideal for batch processing.

WinFF handles audio and video, but using foobar2000 as a converter likely requires adding an extension.
