What motherboard are you using? Which CPU model is it? Are you running DDR3, DDR4, or DDR5? What storage capacity do you require—4GB, 8GB, 16GB? Or what is your intended purpose for the system? Consumer boards rarely offer quad channel; they typically have four slots but only two channels.
It doesn't have quad channel on a 5700G, it's just dual channel. Even with four slots, it remains dual. I'm using a Kingston Fury Beast RAM and it works perfectly for me.

So youd like 32gb of ddr4? ill assume this is an already existing build you wanna upgrade, if its a new build that is still being planned get a damn b550 so you arent stuck with slow stock speeds (particularly allcore speed) Whats your existing ram? And send a photo of thaiphoon burner to verify ram ic Cezzane has a beast of an imc (5000+ ddr4 1:1 fclk, 4533+ dual rank) so if you use the igpu youll definitely be able to benifit from a proper high speed ram oc If your current rams happen to have a trash ic then i would reccomend some samsung m378a2k43db2 or hynix hma82gu6djr8n, both are green pcb oem sticks found in 2666-3200 bins, and both have solid ics capable of 4600+ (samsung d die and hynix djr respectively). you definitely want a fan over your rams cause the faster you go the more temp sensitive, id reccomend a sanity limit of 1.7v vdimm because most overclocks wont really benifit from going higher, usually the only reason to push past 1.7v would be ludicrous freq (5200+) or being an idiot and overtightening cl and tcwl even though they dont do shit for performance. Youll problably only need around 1.6v though for just 4600 Vsoc scales with voltage on cezzane so id just group it with vcore in terms of sanity voltage so 1.4v (also needed for igpu oc), problably dont need any higher unless you are shooting for 5000+ but thats not neccesary and just pain to stabilize, not to mention problably boardlimited
