This game isn't ideal for using a wheel. A gamepad feels more natural for GTA 5 car handling. Assetto Corsa with DreamPack 1+2 is currently available at a discount. Not the best choice if you prefer realism. http://store.steampowered.com/sub/81220/ It was fine enough for me.

I really liked the hotlaping experience, but the mechanics with other vehicles were really bad. When you hit another car, it would stick to it... Or if you imagined a curb, you'd be launched into the air somewhere. Shift two was even worse... Made me think of bumper cars ^^

This game offers realistic performance and smooth handling. It functions well with Beamng.Drive NExt Car Game Wreckfest GT Legends, and the wheels perform excellently.
