Men and ladies, I was preparing a new computer in my uncle's office for his work. It handles all the records and similar tasks. After installing Windows 7, I thought it wise to install a backup system too. I grabbed one of my spare HDDs and bought a basic USB enclosure for it. I hadn't even tried setting up backups before, so I reached out for your advice. I'm looking for easy-to-use, free backup software that can automatically back up Excel files and similar documents nightly to an external drive I've prepared. Ideally, I'd like the external drive to be placed elsewhere and have backups sent online in case of emergencies—though this garage is full of flammable stuff, so it's not a high-tech requirement.
