Tools for managing GPU cooling fans

I've tried MSI Afterburner for managing GPU fans, but it was making my games lag. It might be due to the frequent monitoring affecting the motherboard. Are there other tools that can adjust fan speeds?

This works with AMD cards too, and it seems similar to using the NVIDIA suite.

Amd includes it in their drivers from NVIDIA, which I don’t really understand—never had an NVIDIA GPU before.

Removing AB eliminates all stuttering issues. Speedfan seems to be a helpful tool then!

It worked the stuttering issue. I'm checking if it fixed GTA V's performance. But installing GTA takes around 50,000 hours—maybe try a speedfan?

Use speedfan to adjust GPU fan speeds by accessing the speed settings menu and modifying the fan curves or thresholds.
