In essence, the speed feels a bit excessive. It might be related to OCD since I experienced stutters and FPS drops for about a year, though the recent Windows 10 update resolved that issue (except for Cyberpunk 2077, which still doesn’t run well even at low settings). Here are two short clips—don’t worry about the FPS in Acodonys—it stabilizes at 60 when not recording.
Regarding your build, what operating system version are you using? The PSU in your setup is relatively new. You might consider using DDU to remove the GPU drivers and then reinstall the newest ones from Nvidia's support page, running it with administrator privileges.
Also, could you share the BIOS version of your motherboard? And just a note, your gameplay looks good!
PSU is brand new with an OS that runs Windows 10 Pro, recently updated to the newest version. I keep installing all optional updates every month just to be certain. My machine is an Asus ROG Strix B250G, and it hasn't been updated since I bought it in 2018. I don't risk touching anything else in the BIOS except the fan curve and boot order.
