Does it seem typical or there are concerns? Your setup includes a Dell OptiPlex 5080 tower with a 1 TB NVMe SSD, 32 GB RAM, an i7-10700 CPU, and the new AMD Radeon RX 640. Everything appears to be in good working order.

I think the RX 640 might be an original equipment manufacturer model, which could mean it offers greater display and audio output options compared to typical consumer cards. If you don’t require all those connections, simply right-click and disable them.

It's typical for both DP and HDMI to handle audio, so you can safely disregard that. I also have three devices, which I probably never need.
