You have your build (Phanteks P400A) and a ROG STRIX B550-F gaming motherboard with two RGB headers—one for the case fans and another for the rear exhaust. I noticed a clip suggesting against splitters since they might handle higher loads, but I doubt it’s a big issue with just one connection.
